Job summary

Columbia Cottage Assisted Living in Wyomissing seeks compassionate Caregivers / CNAs for part-time roles. You will support residents with daily living activities, foster meaningful relationships, and help ensure a safe, comfortable environment. Starting pay is $17 per hour plus benefits.

Shifts include Day 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM and Night 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM. Experience with ADLs and strong communication are valued as you contribute to quality resident care.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or active enrollment is required.
• Experience with daily living activities (ADLs) and basic care is preferred.
• Strong communication and observation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Engage residents in activities and conversation to promote well-being.
• Observe and report changes in health or behavior to the care team.
