• Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
• Document care provided accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

Job Summary

Columbia Cottage in Wyomissing, PA is looking for dedicated Caregivers/CNAs to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. In this role you will assist with daily living activities, promote resident well-being, and foster a safe, nurturing environment. Compensation & Benefits

This caregiving position starts at a competitive wage of $16.00/hour, depending on CNA certification and experience. We provide amazing benefits and perks:

Schedule

• Part-time Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Shift Differentials: Additional $1.00/hour for evening shifts and $2.00/hour night shifts.
