Job summary

Columbia Cottage Assisted Living in Palmyra is hiring Caregivers / CNAs who are compassionate and dependable. You will support residents with daily living activities while building meaningful relationships and contributing to a safe, comfortable environment.

This role starts at $18 per hour with full-time or part-time hours and benefits including medical, dental, 401(k) with employer match, life insurance, and paid vacation. CNA certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CNA preferred but not required.
• Caregiving experience is a plus; strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Engage residents in activities and conversation.
• Observe and report changes in health or behavior.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Document care provided and work with nursing teams.

Shift Availability

• Day 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Evening 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Night 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
