Job summary

St. Paul Elder Services in Kaukauna, WI is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our care team. As a CNA, you will provide hands-on personal care and daily support to residents while promoting their dignity, comfort, safety, and independence.

This position works closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive exceptional care in a supportive senior living environment. Whether you are looking for AM, PM, or overnight (NOC) shifts, you'll become part of a team

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
• Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and personal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting comfort and dignity.
• Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, walking, and hygiene.
• Answer resident call lights promptly and provide appropriate assistance.
• Safely turn and reposition residents as needed.
• Measure and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temp, respirations).
• Monitor and document intake and output, including urinary and bowel output.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
• Assist residents with meals following dietary needs and preferences.
• Remind residents to take medications and supplements as directed.
