Job summary

Qualifications

• Licenses/Certifications: BLS certification required; Phlebotomy certification preferred in CA and HI; Audiometry/vision training or CHDP certificate preferred in CA and HI.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal nursing care to the patient under the direction of a licensed RN.
• Performs activities of daily living tasks and reports patient status to the RN.
• Takes vital signs including pulse and blood pressure.
• Assists patients with bathing, dressing and feeding.
• Performs clerical duties to support unit operations.
