Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to support residents across assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care. The CNA reports to the nurse manager and provides daily direct care while assisting with activities, housekeeping and dining services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion and passing of an approved Nursing Assistant program in the State.
• Listed on the State Health Nursing Assistant Registry.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the nurse manager and may take direction from licensed nurses on duty or supervisory staff.
• Provides direct care to residents on a daily basis.
• Assists with activities, light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services.
• Assists residents with basic personal care per procedures and daily assignments (e.g., bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, toileting, grooming, feeding, transfer).
• Maintains resident rooms in a clean and orderly manner; light housekeeping, linen changes, organizing personal items; tidy spaces.
