Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking a Wellness Home Services Provider (CNA) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents across all levels of care. You will assist with daily living activities while prioritizing safety, comfort, and dignity.

The role requires CNA training and CPR certification, with a valid driver's license if residents require transportation. Eligible for a robust benefits package including health benefits, 401(k) match after one year, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved CNA program or equivalent training meeting state requirements
• Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months)
• If transporting a resident, must have a valid state driver’s license and proof of auto liability insurance

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents across levels of care
• Provide direct, hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility)
• Monitor residents’ well-being and promptly report changes to supervisors
