Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking a Wellness Home Services Provider (CNA) to deliver compassionate, hands-on care to residents across all levels of care in our community in Fort Washington, MD.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor resident well-being, and report changes to the supervisor to support personalized care. Applicants must complete an approved CNA program, hold a CPR certification, and maintain a valid driver’s license if transporting residents.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved CNA program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Driver's license with active automobile liability insurance if transporting residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on assistance with activities of daily living while ensuring safety, comfort and dignity.
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report changes to supervisor for proactive care.
