ACG Hospice in Alabama is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team. You will assist patients with daily activities, monitor conditions, and communicate changes to the care team, while supporting families through their care journeys with empathy.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
• Education: Maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant.
• Experience: 1+ years of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities and monitor patient conditions.
• Report any changes to the care team and support families with compassionate care.
