ACG Hospice is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patients with daily activities and monitor their conditions with compassion and respect.

As part of our hospice care team, you will report changes to the care team, assist families along their health care journeys, and contribute to a supportive culture that values integrity, communication, and patient dignity.

Qualifications

• Must maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant.
• 1+ years of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities and monitor their conditions, reporting changes to the care team.
• Support families along their health care journeys with love and compassion.
