Qualifications

• CNA certification valid in the state of employment.

• Experience in long‑term care or healthcare preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bath, dress, grooming, eating).
• Provide mobility assistance and assist with transfers and repositioning.
• Monitor and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized resident environment.
• Document care and observations per facility policies.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
