Job summary

HireCare LLC is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team in Winchester, MA, and surrounding areas. You will provide hands-on care and daily support to residents while working with a collaborative and supportive care team.

Active CNA certification is required; new grads welcome and variety of shifts available. Competitive benefits including health and dental insurance, 401(k), and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of CNA or caregiver experience in SNF or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to call lights and resident requests.
• Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and incontinence care.
• Assist with meals, including feeding as needed.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and wheelchair assistance.
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises and turning/repositioning of residents.
• Provide respectful, compassionate care in a skilled nursing environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
