Job summary

HireCare LLC in Woburn, MA is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. We offer full-time and part-time positions in a SNF setting, with various shifts and opportunities for new grads to start.

You will provide hands-on care, assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, and daily resident support in a collaborative care environment. We value dignity, teamwork, and quality care for all residents.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required before start date.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of CNA or caregiver experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to call lights and resident requests.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and incontinence care.
• Assist with meals, including feeding as needed.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and wheelchair assistance.
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises.
• Turn and reposition residents as required.
• Provide respectful, compassionate care in a skilled nursing environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
