August Healthcare in Fairfax, VA is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide hands-on care to our residents. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time and All Shifts options, and New Grads are welcome.

Join a dedicated care team to support daily living, assist with mobility and vital signs, follow care plans, and help residents maintain dignity and comfort. Training and ongoing education are provided, with opportunities to grow within the organization.

Formación

• CNA/GNA certification active in state is required.
• Clear communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Observe residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly.
• Support residents emotionally and ensure comfort and safety.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Follow care plans, infection control practices, and facility policies.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and care team members.
