Methodist Specialty Care Center (MSCC) in Flowood, MS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time night shift. You will provide compassionate, resident-centered care to residents with complex medical conditions, supporting daily living activities and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Mississippi.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, direct care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Collaborate with nurses, respiratory therapists, and other health-care team members to meet individual care needs.
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being through resident-centered care.
• Safely assist with resident transfers and mobility using ceiling lifts and other equipment.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans.
