You will provide compassionate, resident-centered care to residents with complex medical conditions, supporting daily living activities and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Mississippi.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, direct care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Collaborate with nurses, respiratory therapists, and other health-care team members to meet individual care needs.
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being through resident-centered care.
• Safely assist with resident transfers and mobility using ceiling lifts and other equipment.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, direct care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.

• Support residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being through compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Safely assist with resident transfers and mobility using ceiling lifts and other patient-handling equipment.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established care plans.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and their families.

Schedule

• Full-time
• 40 hours per week
• Every Other Weekend

Licensure

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Mississippi without restrictions.

Certification

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Experience

Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred but not required. Candidates who are compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care are encouraged to apply.
