Job summary

Cabarrus Health & Rehabilitation Center in Concord, NC is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team. Day shift is 7am to 7pm and night shift is 7pm to 7am. You will provide individualized care and assist with daily living activities to help residents maintain independence.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident’s plan of care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ALDs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.
• Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely.
• Monitor residents’ health status and vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well‑being.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.
• Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.
