Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a long-term care setting. You will provide direct personal care, assist with daily living activities, and support residents under supervision of a licensed nurse.

Requires CNA certification and BLS, with preferred prior long-term care experience. High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. Valid and current credentials must be maintained per state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Assist with meals, hydration, and document intake/output as required.
• Take and record vital signs and other measurements as directed by the nurse.
• Observe for changes in condition and report findings to the charge nurse promptly.
• Use safe transfer, lifting and positioning techniques for resident and staff safety.
• Document care provided in the resident record and follow infection control policies.
