Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Zionsville, IN is seeking a Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate resident care in accordance with each care plan. You will assist with ADLs, promote independence, and report health changes to the clinical team.

The role emphasizes dignity, confidentiality, and ongoing learning through staff meetings and seminars. The position offers hourly pay of $21.50, part-time hours, and access to benefits and payroll tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per resident care plan.
• Assist with ADLs while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report health status changes to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Engage in ongoing learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
