Qualifications

• Active Virginia CNA certification in good standing.
• Passion for resident-centered care.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• Commitment to safety and inclusivity.
• Able to assist with transfers and daily activities.
• Previous SNF experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Support safe mobility and transfers.
• Prepare and serve meals per individual needs.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and teammates.
• Observe changes and report promptly.
