The Village at Orchard Ridge, part of Nationallutheraninc, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time night shift role. As a CNA, you'll assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and ensure a comfortable, dignified living environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Virginia in good standing.

• Dependable, patient, and physically able to assist with transfers.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive community.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Support safe mobility and transfers.
• Prepare and serve meals according to individual needs.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
• Observe and report any changes in residents’ conditions.
