Job summary

The Village at Orchard Ridge in Winchester, VA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) PRN to provide compassionate daily care to residents in a vibrant, supportive community.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vitals, support safe mobility, help with meals, and communicate clearly with residents and families. A Virginia CNA in good standing is required, with prior skilled nursing experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold active CNA certification in Virginia in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities is a plus.
• Ability to assist with transfers and daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Support safe mobility and transfers.
• Prepare and serve meals according to individual needs.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
• Observe and promptly report changes in residents' conditions.
