Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare, senior living, or long-term care setting preferred.
• Active CNA certification in good standing with the state.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor residents' health conditions and measure vital signs.
• Assist with medication reminders and basic healthcare tasks under supervision.
• Engage residents through companionship and social activities to promote well-being.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control procedures.
