Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists nurses with basic care activities for patient comfort.
• Dresses, grooms, bathes, feeds, and records vital signs.
• Responds to call lights and assists with toileting, hygiene, and transfers.
• Provides simple or uncomplicated patient care and documents care.
• Cleans rooms and changes bed linen; observes patient changes.
