Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in home care preferred.
• Current, valid Pennsylvania CNA license or 75-hour HHA certificate required.
• TB Skin Test or TB Blood Test within the required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene and physical transfer.
• Perform light cleaning and maintain a healthy environment.
• Measure patient vital signs and report changes to the RN.
• Keep detailed records of patient care activities.
