Job summary

A pediatric community healthcare system is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Home Health Aides (HHAs) to deliver high-quality personal care in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in home care preferred.
• Current, valid Pennsylvania CNA license or 75-hour HHA certificate required.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF) needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene and daily activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Measure and record patient vital signs.
• Keep detailed records of patient care activities.
• Observe and report any changes in patient condition.
