Job summary
CareBuilders at Home in the Plano/Allen area is hiring CNAs and Home Health Aides to provide compassionate in-home care to clients. Starting pay ranges from $17 to $19 per hour, based on experience and client requirements.

Qualifications
- Active CNA certification required.
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities
- Follow client care plan as assigned.
- Deliver personal care services in home settings.
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
- Monitor vitals (temperature, BP, pulse).
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal prep.
- Administer medications as prescribed and remind as needed.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
- Report changes to healthcare team or family.
- Maintain accurate care records and confidentiality per HIPAA.
