Job summary

A Moment's Notice Health Care in Florida is hiring compassionate, dependable care professionals to provide in-home care for clients at their homes in Indian River County and surrounding areas.

The role requires a valid Florida CNA license, CPR/BLS, and multiple CEUs; duties include assisting with ADLs, medication reminders, vital signs, and mobility support while documenting care and following the client-care plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Florida CNA license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Alzheimer’s & Dementia CEU (2 hours) required.
• Medication administration CEU (min 2 hours) required.
• HIPAA CEU (1 hour) required.
• HIV/AIDS CEU (4 hours) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care per the plan agreed with Nursing Supervisor and Client and/or family.
• Thoroughly document all care provided during shift.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, toileting, reminders, vital signs, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor Alzheimer’s & Dementia clients when applicable.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Comply with policies, HIPAA, dress code, and weekend/holiday policies.
• Responsible for working all assigned shifts and finding replacements when needed.
