Tlc Homecare Inc is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Florida. You will assist patients with daily living tasks, provide compassionate care, and help improve their quality of life in client homes.

The role includes monitoring vital signs, assisting with hygiene, mobility, and communicating with nurses and doctors. Candidates should be compassionate, reliable, and committed to patient advocacy.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Active CNA certification is required.
First aid and CPR certifications preferred or required according to policy.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily living activities for patients.
Assist with personal hygiene and dressing.
Assist with mobility and basic physical therapy exercises.
Provide adjunct patient care as directed by nurses.
Monitor food intake and hydration; report changes.
Monitor vital signs and communicate findings to the team.
Collaborate with nurses, doctors and other healthcare professionals.
