BrightStar Care of St. Croix Valley & Hudson is seeking compassionate caregivers (CNA/HHA) for weekend morning and evening shifts in St. Croix and Washington counties. You’ll provide one-on-one home care and work with a supportive team that values caregivers.

We offer competitive pay ($21.00–$23.00 per hour), weekly pay, and benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus a 401(k) match. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or HHA certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• TB test or chest X-ray needed.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and safety supervision.
• Escort clients to appointments, errands, and community activities.
• Help with light house tasks and meal preparation as needed.
• Observe and report changes to the Director of Nursing.
• Follow care plans while maintaining client dignity and independence.
