BrightStar Care of St. Croix Valley & Hudson/Hudson is hiring dependable caregivers for weekend morning and evening shifts to provide one-on-one home care. You will be supported by a team that values caregivers and delivers compassionate care in home settings.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay ($20.00–$28.00 per hour), weekly pay, and benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match to eligible team members at BrightStar Care of St. Croix Valley & Hudson.

Qualificações

• Current CNA or HHA certification required.
• Minimum of one year caregiving experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, mobility).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with transfers and safety supervision.
• Accompany clients to appointments and community activities.
• Help with light household tasks and meal preparation as needed.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the Director of Nursing.
• Follow care plans while maintaining client dignity and independence.
