Job summary

Radiant Senior Living in Tacoma, WA is seeking a compassionate CNA/HCA to assist residents with daily activities, bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene. You will communicate with the care team and document resident information per state regulations.

Candidates must be at least 18, have current CNA or HCA certification, and demonstrate empathy for seniors. A friendly, team-oriented approach and ability to speak and understand English are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating and personal hygiene.
• Communicate with the care team and relay information about residents’ conditions.
• Maintain written records and documentation as required.
• Maintain contact with residents and families to ensure needs are met.
• Assist with administration of medications per protocol and state regulations.
