Job summary

A Better Solution in Home Care is seeking caregivers to join our care team serving clients in the La Conner area. The position focuses on companion care, personal care including bathing assistance, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, with emphasis on compassionate, reliable support.

We tailor schedules to each caregiver's availability and skill set, and provide paid training, ongoing education credits, and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed/certified CNA/HCA or willing to get licensed within 200 days of hire.
• Driver's license and proof of insurance or reliable transportation.
• Pass background check with at least two positive professional references.
• Reliable and punctual with strong care and communication skills.
• Previous caregiver experience preferred; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, including bathing assistance.
• Transfers & ambulation and meal preparation.
• Transportation to appointments and shopping.
• Light housekeeping and home management.
• Medication reminders and companionship.
• Supervision and supportive client engagement.
