Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Respond to residents call lights to provide comfort, safety and privacy.
• Transport residents by ambulation or wheelchair to dining areas, lobby, and activities.
• Report significant findings to the nurse immediately.
• Assist residents on admission, transfer and discharge for smooth transitions.
• Keep resident rooms neat and safe; ensure privacy and confidentiality.
