Qualifications

• Must be state-certified as a CNA in the employing state.
• Active, valid certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Perform or assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) for residents.
• Respond promptly to call lights for resident safety and comfort.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure smooth transitions.
• Take vital signs and monitor resident health as directed by nursing staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident rooms and spaces.
• Practice infection control and protect resident privacy and confidentiality.
• Provide restorative care to prevent complications and support function.
