Job summary

Paycom is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver high-quality personal care and assist with activities of daily living for residents. The role bridges clinical tracking and hands-on support, ensuring dignity and safety.

You will document vitals, monitor skin integrity, and report changes to the nursing supervisor. Requirements include an active CNA certification, high school diploma, CPR/BLS and a Food Handler Permit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active CNA certification in good standing with the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and ADLs (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, dental care).
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics.
• Coordinate mealtimes, deliver meal trays, and provide nutritional support.
• Monitor and document vital signs and skin integrity; report changes promptly.
• Complete daily flow sheets and care documentation per care plans.
• Advocate for residents, protect rights, and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
