Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Communicate with residents, families, and care team.
• Perform routine vital checks and health monitoring.
• Encourage recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Follow infection control procedures for safety.
