Lake Placid Health & Rehab in Lake Placid, Florida is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents and support their daily needs.

You will assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming), help with meals, monitor residents for changes, document care, maintain a safe environment, and collaborate with the care team to develop individualized plans that promote comfort, dignity, and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
• Assisting with meals and snacks, as well as maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Encouraging resident participation in activities and promoting socialization and engagement
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services provided
