Job summary

Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center in Lake Worth, FL is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, one-on-one care in a warm, resident-focused environment.

The role includes assisting with daily living activities, meals, medications, vital signs, mobility, and emotional support, with shifts that may include days, evenings, and weekends. Florida CNA certification and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with incontinence care and bed mobility.
• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and treatments.
• Participate in care conferences and inter-disciplinary team meetings.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal resident care.
