Job summary

Gardant Management Solutions is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide individualized care according to each resident’s plan in Vandalia, IL. You’ll assist with Activities of Daily Living, promote independence, and maintain residents’ dignity while reporting changes to the clinical team.

Ideal candidates hold a current CNA certification, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to serve with love and empathy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with ADLs while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families with compassion, creating a positive experience.
• Participate in ongoing education, staff meetings, and trainings.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
