Gardant-Management-Solution is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide personalized resident care in alignment with care plans. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living and maintain resident dignity while promoting independence.

Success in this role requires excellent communication, compassion, and adherence to privacy rules, with opportunities for professional growth and involvement in training sessions and team discussions.

Qualifications

• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care per each resident’s care plan.
• Provide ADL assistance while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Engage in ongoing learning through seminars, staff meetings, and other opportunities.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy rules regarding resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
