Job summary

Gardant-Management-Solution is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide individualized care per care plans in our Illinois facilities.

You will assist residents with daily living activities while promoting independence and dignity, report health changes, and engage with residents and families in a compassionate, supportive environment. Ongoing training and a supportive team are provided.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Current certification from an accredited CNA program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per each resident's care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report health status changes to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and families in a compassionate manner.
• Engage in ongoing learning through seminars, meetings and trainings.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy rules.
