Gardant-Management-Solution is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide compassionate resident care per individualized plans. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity, and report health changes to the clinical team.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Current certification from an accredited CNA program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care per resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Engage in continuous learning and development via seminars, meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
