Job summary

Gardant-Management-Solution is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide individualized care according to each resident’s plan. You will assist with ADLs, promote independence, and report health changes to the clinical team.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through seminars and meetings.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
