Qualifications

• Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Ability to accurately record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals.
• Communicates effectively with residents, families, and care team.
• Demonstrates patience, self-discipline, and caring for the elderly and disabled.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, pericare, dressing per policy.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens; stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: ambulate and transfer residents safely.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, meals.
