Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care as per resident care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report health status changes to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families empathetically to create positive experiences.
• Participate in learning opportunities through seminars and staff meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
