Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Wellness Home Services Provider (CNA) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents across care levels. You will assist with daily living activities, prioritize safety, comfort, and dignity, and monitor residents' wellbeing, reporting changes to supervisors.

Requirements include completion of an approved CNA program, CPR certification (or within 3 months), and if transporting, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within three months.
• If responsible for transporting a resident, must maintain a valid state driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being and report changes to supervisor.
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care across all levels of care.
