Job summary

Oxley Park Health & Rehab in Georgia is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time day shift. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care, assist with activities of daily living, and work closely with nurses to maintain a safe, dignified environment.

Starting pay is $17.63 to $18.68 per hour with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, and a referral

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
