Camellia Health & Rehab in Georgia is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time day shifts. Starting pay is $17.63 to $18.68 per hour with evenings, nights and weekends shift differentials. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

You will support residents with daily living activities, ensure safety, collaborate with nurses, and help create a respectful, compassionate environment in our non-profit, mission-driven centers.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (Georgia) or eligible.
• Heart for service and caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members
