Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification (GA) or eligibility.
• Ability to provide patient-centered care with dignity.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor changes in residents’ condition and report them.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
